He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, clear as to costs and the time it would take to tune my piano, and my piano sounds beautiful because of him. Thane does a great job and is always prompt and thorough. My piano sounds great when he's done.
His prices are reasonable and I really appreciate the ease in making appointments with him and the fact that he comes back to Green River to service old customers (like myself) even though he's moved out of the area.
